good dales escape

the room was nicely decorated, also very comfortable. i found the bed to be very comfortable too. fresh milk came with the tea, it was a big plus for me.
i noticed the soap bottles didn't work well. the shower flowed slowly, the water was cold. it could do with freshening up.

the staff showed a warm welcome and real kindness throughout my stay. breakfast was beautiful, a real treat included with the room. the nearby village begged to be explored, a sweet escape near the river and its romantic suspension bridge, and the bed invited long, restful sleeps.
the bedroom could have been a touch cleaner.

The evening meal was very good and breakfast was also excellent. The staff were friendly and cute to everyone. The bar area allowed us to sit and have a relaxing drink while we watched tv.

the food was fantastic (especially the fresh, locally sourced ingredients). the staff were also amazing. i really appreciated the attentive service and the friendly atmosphere.
The room decor felt a little dated. the soap bottles did not work very well. It was hard to get any soap out (i had to unscrew the top).
