solid stay, minor hiccup
warm roomamazing showerhelpful staffclosed restaurant
i had a spacious, warm room. the shower had amazing water pressure. breakfast was huge and well cooked. it included a full hot breakfast plus cereals and pastries. staff were lovely and helpful too.
the restaurant was closed. we were then ushered upstairs. this wasn't ideal after a long day of travel. it would have been good to know this in advance to make alternative plans.

the staff were very warm and friendly throughout the stay. they were attentive to requests and quickly addressed questions. service was provided with a personal touch.

The hotel offers good parking. It is convenient . the rooms have good amenities, including tea and coffee making facilities. the beds were comfortable and the rooms had adequate heating. We were satisfied with the offering.

i found the location lovely, it was near great dales walks. the shower was also very good , and the bedding was clean.
i noticed the restaurant was closed , and we were ushered upstairs instead. when i came back to the bar for lunch on sunday, i wanted a sandwich. i arrived at 15:02 , but i was told that food service stopped at 15:00.

hanging curtain
i was disappointed with our stay the room had a four poster bed the decor was not great the curtain was hanging off the rail and there were no hooks to reattach it. we had no housekeeping at all during our 4 day stay. the hotel seemed short of staff so service suffered.

coffee makernon-functional tvdelayed repair
the breakfast included a coffee maker with decaf latte options, it was quite convenient.
The tv did not function. I requested a fix, but nothing happened until the second night after another request. the lack of immediate attention to the tv was annoying. i found this unacceptable given the cost of the room.
