The location proved convenient to walk to dining and shopping areas. I also found the train station quite accessible. Breakfast offered various foods. The staff members were friendly and helpful.
I found the pool ridiculously expensive. Considering the high cost, I expected complimentary access. The pool remained mostly empty, which indicated a general reluctance to pay the fee.

The staff were great. They allowed early check-in, helpful. The hotel manager showed really good dedication, assisting with a package that had been redirected.. I appreciated this level of care. The overall service met my expectations.

the room was too warm, even with the air conditioning turned up. i tried to adjust it, but it barely made a difference. also, there were a lot of noise during the night. i did not sleep well.

The hotel's proximity to the city center is a definite advantage. It is only a short walk from the Arlanda express. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a huge variety of options (i especially liked the fresh pastries). The staff were very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests.
I found the extra charge for pool access a bit unexpected. Given the room rates, access to the spa facilities should be included.

The staff offered prompt and courteous assistance, efficiently handling requests and inquiries. Housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout the duration of my stay.
