convenient location quick service thoughtful touch
I found the location very convenient for exploring the city. I could easily walk to many attractions. The staff were attentive and quick to respond to requests. The hotel provided nice care products, a thoughtful touch.
The elevator was sometimes out of service, causing delays, especially when staying on a higher floor

the location was excellent, near many attractions. the building was beautiful and the surroundings were nice. the staff was helpful and friendly at all times.
only one old elevator existed and it had problems. the balcony was dirty. the lobby was small and the breakfast was just fair.

great location breakfast buffet gym equipment noisy ventilation courtyard view noisy air conditioning
The location is quite good with easy access to shopping. The breakfast buffet offered a nice view of the harbor. The gym had a good array of equipment.
The room faced the courtyard. It was very noisy at night due to ventilation. The air conditioning was also quite noisy.
