The reception staff offered helpful assistance. An international power socket adaptor in the room was a nice addition. Binoculars allowed for harbor viewing. (It was a thoughtful touch).
The gym had just one treadmill. The room temperature was quite warm. I found no decaf coffee available, neither in the room nor at breakfast.

i found the breakfast very good. there was surprising variety for me. the location is great and i got early check-in, i did not even need to ask!
the restaurant service was slow sometimes. certain restaurant staff seemed unmotivated, so sad. i asked for a restaurant reservation, but there was no feedback all day.

the location is very good with close proximity to everything. the staff are friendly and helpful. breakfast tasted delicious.
i was disappointed with the size of the room it made walking difficult. the room was overheated so i kept the windows open. early morning garbage collection made sleeping difficult.

Breakfast include many options and was of high quality. Staff were helpful.
I found the bathroom had design flaws, and the shower leaked significantly each time I used it. There was a wide gap between the glass door and wall, water flowed freely. I must use towels to try stopping the water. This issue need attention.
