i found the staff very professional and kind, from the reception to the dining area. the hotel's location near the port is very convenient for those arriving by boat. my room was clean, and i slept well on the comfortable beds. the included breakfast and dinner added significant value to my stay, offering good food and saving on meal costs.

the bathroom in my room felt a bit small, making movement slightly restricted.
