Wonderful Central Stay

The gym had decent equipment. I liked the satisfying breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially during check-in (the receptionist was super!). The hotel's central location made exploring very easy.
Water drained slowly in the bathroom. It created a small pool. I noticed it stayed on the floor for some time. A faster drain is a must.

The location is excellent. It is right within the city center. It is easily accessible to many restaurants and for walks along the harbor. The breakfast offered a good variety.
The staff was not particularly cute. Not one staff member smiled during the visit. The check-in process was difficult. The receptionist seemed uninterested in providing a good experience. The hotel had confirmed early check-in with no extra charge, but this led to a debate.

The breakfast had good variety and the coffee was available all day which I appreciated. The reception area included nice seating space, suitable to work, meet people, or socialize. The staff was friendly and helpful .
The room was small and lacked a refrigerator. This would have been useful for storing drinks and snacks.
