the location was good, close to the center. the staff was also great, very attentive. i found it easy to reach most attractions from the hotel.
i found that the blankets were too small and the pillows were too high. the breakfast selection was also poor. warm food was not good, and i could only manage to eat sandwiches.

The location was excellent. It was very close to the things I wanted to see (everything was in walking distance). The breakfast offered many choices.
A male staff member entered our room late at night. The hotel did not resolve the situation (they said he was looking for a leak).

I must say, the housekeeping service was subpar. My room was not cleaned one day. The bathroom definitely needed more attention. the wastebasket was too small for the room. It filled up quickly. I expect better attention to detail from a hotel of this supposed caliber.

The hotel's proximity to key attractions allowed easy exploration. Breakfast provided many choices including fresh fruit. The staff was helpful and responsive to requests. I had a welcome bottle of wine in my room upon arrival. This was a nice touch.

The reception staff offered assistance with directions and transport options. They answered all my questions efficiently. I felt well-supported throughout my stay. Staff also provided luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out.

My room had thick blackout curtains that ensured restful sleep. The closet provided ample space to store clothing. The bathroom included a hairdryer. This was very useful I appreciated the provided tea corner.

The hotel is a short walk from the riverbank which I enjoyed daily. Multiple tram lines operate near the hotel offering easy access to other parts of the city. The hotel is convenient to Namesty Republiky metro station.

The breakfast buffet featured fresh pastries and a variety of cheeses. The breakfast room provided ample seating. It never felt overcrowded. There were gluten free options. The coffee machine remained available throughout the day.
