Really good Stay Downtown

The room was spacious and well-equipped. I had a comfortable queen bed with fresh linens. The bathroom featured a rainfall shower and two sinks, very convenient. I also found a modern coffee machine in the room (great for early mornings). The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious.
I noticed some minor street noise occasionally, especially during the early morning hours. it did not significantly impact my overall experience.

The hotel is centrally located and offers easy access to public transport. I found several shops and restaurants within a short walking distance. The main attractions were easily reachable by tram within minutes.

the upgraded rooms were very clean and modern! the location was great, with a short walk to both the train station and the main platz area. i appreciated the staff's helpfulness , addressing my requests with efficiency. wifi was fast. there were full set of amenities
I found the breakfast lukewarm on multiple days. The hot selection was not hot at all. the food is cooked in bulk then put out on hot plates. it was not a pleasant experience

the location was great for exploring. it was close to many attractions and public transport was easy to access. the breakfast was pretty good, with a nice variety of options each morning. our room was also well-equipped, including amenities like a refrigerator and kettle.
the bathroom in our room had a glass door, and it didn't offer much privacy. it let light into the bedroom early in the morning. the service was also not very efficient, and i had to ask for basic things more than once. i think its important to say that i really felt the staff seemed generally not friendly.

the location was walkable to many tourist areas including the train station. the staff was friendly allowing early check-in. they also stored our bags on our departure day. the room was very clean, with modern furniture.
the hot breakfast selection was lukewarm for a few days. the food seemed cooked in bulk and placed on hot plates. it was unpleasant when i wanted a hot meal.

the hotel is near the main square, about a ten-minute walk, and Mustek is about a five-minute walk. this makes it convenient to access many shops and attractions. access to public transportation is also very easy.

The reception staff welcomed me with a welcome drink and demonstrated politeness. they helped me locate an air tag i left behind in the room. they posted it to me at my home address. That was very kind.

the location was acceptable, only a short walk to the main square.
The breakfast wasn't great. The 'hot' food was barely lukewarm. everything seemed precooked and then left on warming plates. it wasn't a pleasant experience for me.
