generally adequate stay
cute staff turkish bath coffee facilities cold hot tubs
the family operated the hotel. the staff was helpful. the leisure facilities included a sauna. the turkish bath was also available.
there were no tea or coffee facilities in my room. breakfast was not included, even though i paid extra. the breakfast was underwhelming. hot tubs were cold, both indoor and outdoor.

free parking scenic view convenient location
the hotel provides free parking a great convenience. i really appreciated the spaciousness and scenic views from my superior double room mountain view. there was a bus stop located very close, it made getting around easy.

Really good family getaway
outdoor jacuzzi indoor pool steam room attentive staff
The hotel is very close to Pleney lift, just a 5-minute walk. Storage for snow gear was useful. The provided leisure facilities included an outdoor jacuzzi, indoor heated pool, a steam room, and a Turkish bath. EVERYTHING was super clean. The staff were attentive and helpful.
The coffee at breakfast was NOT great.

Staff were helpful and friendly and they provided a lift to the bus station because of the rain. The staff gave us knowledge and links we needed to have a wonderful holiday. The family offered a warm welcome.

Breakfast was buffet style with a large selection. Dinner seemed like À LA CARTE dining. The food was ABSOLUTELY delicious and there was a set menu option available to accommodate dietary needs.

The hotel is in a PERFECT location, close to the Pleney lift. It had easy access to free buses. There is a secure garage space for mountain bikes and a bike wash station on the premises.
