underwhelming experience
small room limited breakfast
the location was central and convenient.
The room was smaller than expected and quite stuffy. The air conditioning didn't seem to work. i didn't report it. also, the breakfast selection felt basic and limited. the spa area was small. I felt a bit cramped.

A WONDERFUL getaway
excellent location friendly staff boot warmers nice terrace
The hotel location is FANTASTIC. The bus stop for Avoriaz is right outside. It is very easy to access slopes. Breakfast was good, and dinner offers plentiful food. The staff are friendly and provide good service to every guest. I found the rooms clean. The hotel offers a boot room. It has boot warmers. Each guest receives a lockable cupboard. I secured all my equipment. The bar offers a very nice terrace. The terrace gets the evening sun. It is GREAT.
The room was a little warm. The air conditioning did not start. I did not ask the hotel about this issue.

The restaurant presents high quality food. Dinner is plentiful with multiple courses each night. Wine recommendations are offered with a smile. I found the dining experience enjoyable.

The location is ideal to access various ski lifts. A bus to the Avoriaz bottom station stops in front of the building. The cable car to Les Gets is only a few minutes away. I had quick access.

The staff are friendly and helpful. They provided help with all requests, small and large. Every team member was attentive and professional. I appreciated their support.

amazing stay!
helpful staff convenient location
The staff was so helpful. They really were very good too ensure i had everything i needed, they were friendly! the location was so convenient. It was easy to access the lifts and shops! the slopes were just a short walk away. i also found a parking spot in the hotel parking.
the choice of black tea and coffee only in the bedroom was a slight letdown, i wish there was some milk available!

the reception staff offered a consistently helpful service. staff members are always available to assist with directions and reservations. the team delivered prompt and efficient assistance throughout the entire stay.

The spa features a hot tub and sauna. there is also air conditioning in the rooms. This is a valuable amenity during warmer months. access to lifts and local shops is effortless because of the hotel's prime spot.

The breakfast is fresh and plentiful. It includes varied options each morning. the four course evening dinners feature gourmet standards. the onsite bar, called the 19.38, is inspired by the year the hotel opened.

wonderful stay!
friendly staff town center hot option
the staff were very friendly! the hotel is in the town center with easy access to lifts. breakfast has hot options each morning but i didn't dine in as i had friends in town.

friendly staff delicious meal comfortable room
The staff were really friendly. I found that they couldn't do enough for me. the evening meal was delicious. The waiting staff were lovely and friendly. the rooms are comfortable. i had a single room and it was cozy but laid out in a practical way!

a mixed experience
thin walls disrupted sleep
the location was good. it allowed easy access to local amenities (that's always a plus).
the walls seemed thin. i could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway late into the night and early in the morning, this disrupted my sleep several times (not ideal when you want to rest).
