The hotel has a really good location. bigbus tours stop right across the street. it is easy to get an uber. i liked the spacious room. the refillable bottles are a very nice touch.
bathroom towels and toiletries were a little too utilitarian.

I really enjoyed the location. It is convenient to various attractions and transport links. restaurant choices are also plentiful. the staff was very friendly. i found the parking a short walk of about seven minutes.
the room did not have efficient heating or cooling i must say. there was a thermostat but it did not seem to control the temperature. it mostly just turned on a very loud fan.

The hotel's location allowed easy access to many attractions.
My room felt quite dated. The desk was scuffed and worn and the bathroom was old. The showerhead showed yellowing and the overall condition was not very inviting. I was also concerned to find only one lock on the door. I consider this a security issue.

i found the location very convenient. the train was just a couple blocks away, and a bigbus stop was right across the street. getting an uber or taxi was easy too. i had a wonderful view of the river, beautiful both morning and night.
one of the two elevators serving my floor was out of order . it sometimes created long waits.
