the room was clean, i found that acceptable.
The front desk staff was not cute or helpful, except for karen. the shuttle service to the strip stopped running too early at 10:30 pm. reaching tower 1 was confusing. It was poorly marked.

I found the rooms to be spacious and well-equipped. The apartment included a complete kitchen and an in-room washer with a dryer. This.
The timeshare sales team proved quite pushy. They held our wristbands until agreeing to attend a sales presentation. I felt the attitude during the sales pitch was intrusive. I would advise caution before agreeing to any offers.

the room had a washing machine and dryer. this was very helpful.
The noise from the neighboring room was excessive. I could hear everything through the adjoining door. this started at 6:30 am with my neighbor's bathroom habits and his wife's coffee orders, hardly ideal. one evening, an argument next door made me not want to return.

The one-bedroom apartment had basic dishes. It also had a television in each room. I appreciated the good wi-fi. The courtyard included two pools. It was beautifully landscaped. Many areas existed to visit.
The shuttle had limited availability. I waited 30 to 45 minutes sometimes. I hoped they add more stops.

The staff ensures they deliver requests directly to the room, which makes for easy assistance. I believe this attention to detail improves the overall experience. The staff offered good service.

i stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. it included two bathrooms and a handy shuttle service to the strip. the pools were lovely, too. i found the apartment spacious and well organized.
the timeshare sales pitch was persistent, needing a firm refusal.

i found the check in process fast. the apartment included a useful washer and dryer which was convenient after traveling. i liked the pools and the overall cleanliness of the grounds as they are well maintained for families.
the timeshare sales desk was overly pushy at check in it. their persistence created an unwelcoming beginning to the stay and was a bit annoying.

each tower features a convenient place to purchase meals and there is also a starbucks available for coffee and snacks it provides easy access to refreshments. there are also many restaurants in the area that are easy to reach.

i saw that the hotel offers multiple pools these pools provide options for both adults and families. the availability of a kids playground adds appeal for those traveling with children it provides space for them to play.

Acceptable Stay with Noticeable Issues

The front desk staff were helpful with my questions.
The room showed its age. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. I found noticeable hard water stains on the shower door. The view from the room was disappointing, with what looked like an abandoned hotel in sight.
