welcome poolpoor luggage handlinglow staff attentiveness
the pool was a welcome feature during the hot days.
the lack of attentiveness from the staff regarding luggage handling was frustrating. i had to carry my own bags quite a distance after waiting two hours for assistance. upon departure, similar issues arose with no help available. this seemed to indicate a priority toward bus traffic over individual guest needs, disappointing.
