Fantastic Hotel Experience!
metro proximityrooftop terrace
I definitely appreciated the proximity to the metro. This made getting around the city easy. I also loved the rooftop terrace. It offered a nice spot to relax (especially with a coffee in the morning!).

The free laundry room with detergent was helpful.
The room's temperature was a problem. The heat was locked, so I could not adjust it. I was told it wasn't possible to increase the heat above 22 degrees, but it felt cold. This made taking a bath uncomfortable.

i found the self-laundry service very helpful, especially the efficient washer and dryer. the rooftop common area was nice. vending machines offered meals and drinks. the reception staff member i encountered was lovely and ready to assist with any inquiries i had.

The receptionist offered me an umbrella. It was very kind. the room featured modern design, and it was very clean. the place is clean, a modern building presents itself with good amenities.
The room felt a bit cold to me. The heat couldn't be turned up.

a light breakfast was provided and i didn't know this until i arrived. coffee was really nice. vending machines stocked many drinks and alcohol at reasonable prices. sandwiches and meals to heat were also available.

the building has a rooftop. i did see some people on their laptops there. the entry and exit use a pin code, this feels secure. i found the area nice and quiet.

the metro is very close. it is also only two stops away from linate airport. the location is easily connected to the city center thanks to the metro. it is a much better value than staying in the center.

Not quite what I expected
infrequent room cleaningdistant location
The room cleaning was infrequent. I stayed for several nights, however the room was only cleaned once, disappointing. the location is a bit far from the city center. It required taking the metro to reach the main attractions, and that took extra travel time.
