I found the staff very professional and friendly. Manjula, Marika, Valeria and Stephanie offered great service. Manjula's experience proved helpful with taxi bookings and local guidance.. He also speaks several languages fluently. I appreciated the staff always having a smiling face and offering support.
I noticed some noise issues. The windows in my room did not adequately block outside noise.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Famagosta metro station. Essalunga supermarket is very close, offering convenient access to groceries and other necessities. This proximity made it easy to get around and handle daily errands.

The front desk staff provided helpful information regarding local dining. They gave tips about where local people eat. The team showed attentiveness and was overall very polite during my entire stay.

i found the staff very friendly. breakfast had a lot to offer. the room was nice and neat.
the walls in the room looked dirty. the ceramics in the bathroom also needed repainting. i noticed they should paint them.
