lovely stay near kew gardens
friendly staffsecure parkingdamaged handle
the staff was friendly especially alicia. the room was comfortable. secure parking was helpful and convenient. the housekeeping staff done amazing work.
the tv in my room did not work at first. it took two staffs members to fix it. the window handle was also damaged.

the room included a nespresso machine with plenty of pods and a good range of teas. i liked the bath with quality toiletries (i used the bath salts). the location is near the national archives. it was less than a 15 minutes walk.
the pub dining menu could use some fresher and lighter choices.
