wonderful boutique stay
cozy room warm staff customer service
This is my first visit. the hotel is located close to the kew botanical gardens. the decor has taken that theme to heart. many rooms are renovated and cozy. the staff is warm and cute. Alicia at reception provides excellent customer service.
The pub dining menu could include some fresher and lighter choices. traditional pub food is good. Some variety would enhance the dining experience.

amazing stay!
friendly staff secure parking breakfast variety convenient location
The staff was friendly and cute! secure parking was available, so i didn't worry about my car. breakfast had so much variety. I especially loved the full english breakfast. the hotel is close to kew gardens, a quick walk!
the minibar prices were a bit high, though the selection was nice.

Breakfast included a superb full english breakfast. It was delicious! the restaurant and bar areas were pleasant. They had cute log burning stoves, though service could be slow.

The room was quiet and comfortable. It provided a restful environment. i found balsam and body lotion in the bathroom. This was very pleasant. the mini bar had reasonable prices, however, the tv offered just a single channel!

The hotel is in a lovely location on kew green. It's a short walk to kew gardens. the tube station is also nearby. This makes it easy to get into the city. i found the m4 was also easily accessible.

friendly staff great location carpet stain water charge
the room was spacious and comfortable. the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially at reception. the location is great, very close to gardens, a real bonus.
The carpet had stains. there was a charge of £3 for a small bottle of water. the room was somewhat dingy. The carpet was not vacuumed well.

The breakfast was nice. The staff were all great. The secure parking was a positive as well. I ate in the restaurant and the food was tasty. The room was very clean. The honesty bar was a welcome addition.
The landing to my room looked shabby. The shower water was lukewarm. I found a long dark hair in a folded towel. This was a little offputting. The carpet was stained.

friendly staff secure parking
the staff was friendly especially alicia. the room was comfortable. secure parking was helpful and convenient. the housekeeping staff done amazing work.
the tv in my room did not work at first. it took two staffs members to fix it. the window handle was also damaged.
