excellent stay near barbican
convenient location friendly staff complete amenities easy connection
the location proved very convenient for navigating the city using the nearby subway. i found it easy to connect with other transportation options for travel. the staff at reception was friendly. my room included all expected amenities.
the hairdryer was a bit dusty.

the location is close to the barbican. it was lovely to walk to spitalfields from the hotel. the area was quiet at night and during the early morning. transport links were good from the hotel.

helpful staff convenient access excellent comfort
the staff was helpful and friendly throughout my stay. the location allowed convenient access to nearby attractions and transport links. i found the room spacious and the bed provided excellent comfort.
the hotel is inside the congestion zone, making driving somewhat inconvenient.

the hotel features off-site parking at a reasonable price at the marbicam centre! this helps avoid issues with street parking and provides secure storage for vehicles visiting the area.

The breakfast staff was hospitable and friendly. They made sure everyone felt welcome. the reception desk was cute upon my early arrival and happily stored my luggage until check-in time.

the breakfast buffet was nice, with the staff making the experience even better. there was a good selection of items to choose from, meeting a variety of tastes and preferences! the food was AMAZING!!!

The staff were helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The beds were super comfy..
I should have stayed in the townhouse. I was contacted to be informed i was being moved to east due to an issue with the room. I appreciate the move however when i tried to check in at east i wasn't on the system and had to wait.

broken toilet seat thick dust
the location was good for using the subway station nearby to travel around the city.
The room was far too hot, even after turning the temperature down. It did not change at all. the room was not what i was expecting and the toilet seat was broken. thick dust was visible on skirting boards in the bathroom, a real let down.
