the staff was helpful and friendly throughout my stay. the location allowed convenient access to nearby attractions and transport links. i found the room spacious and the bed provided excellent comfort.
the hotel is inside the congestion zone, making driving somewhat inconvenient.

The breakfast staff was hospitable and friendly. They made sure everyone felt welcome. the reception desk was cute upon my early arrival and happily stored my luggage until check-in time.

The staff were helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The beds were super comfy..
I should have stayed in the townhouse. I was contacted to be informed i was being moved to east due to an issue with the room. I appreciate the move however when i tried to check in at east i wasn't on the system and had to wait.

the location was good for using the subway station nearby to travel around the city.
The room was far too hot, even after turning the temperature down. It did not change at all. the room was not what i was expecting and the toilet seat was broken. thick dust was visible on skirting boards in the bathroom, a real let down.
