the room had air conditioning and a modern bathroom. it had a luxury bathroom attached. dinner was excellent. breakfast was excellent. proper brewed tea was available.
i never worked out how to use the coffee machine.

lovely anniversary stay
elegant décorrefined atmospheredouble bedded room
we booked the florence room. it was beautiful and comfortable. every detail felt special, and i hope to return soon. the food was amazing. it was exquisite, and i wanted to try everything on the menu. the elegant décor created such a refined atmosphere, and the entire hotel was really clean.
nobody was at reception when we arrived. i went into the bar, and a guy found us on the system. he took us to the wrong double bedded room. i booked a twin room, spencer, and we were taken there only after i mentioned the issue.

The beautiful double room included fresh milk in the fridge and complimentary water. the room looked modern. it was decorated beautifully. the coffee machine was difficult to operate.

Parking was available. So, i could visit sandringham house nearby. the hotel had been recently extended and refurbished. the hotel has interesting history art work. We really enjoyed that.

The staff were very cute at all times. We noticed that the staff were helpful. the staff helped carry luggage to my room and explained the essentials. the team looked after us.

I had dinner in the busy restaurant, and the service was good. The food was enjoyable. they cater for vegans. the hotel offered excellent food and lovely drinks. i enjoyed the breakfast the next morning.

a wonderful experience

i visited sandringham house so the location was great it was just a few minutes drive away. the rooms were spacious and very clean i noticed. i had a lovely dinner at the hotel and breakfast was also lovely. the staff were friendly at all times.
on arrival nobody was at reception. i entered the bar and a guy looked us up on the system and took us to the wrong room. i had specifically booked a twin room and we were taken there once we raised the issue.

the room included a very comfortable bed with nice bedding. there was good space to hang clothes. the modern bathroom offered really good coffee. the whole place had been recently done up to a very high standard.

sandringham house is close to the hotel, a short drive away. local tourist attractions are easily accessible from this location. the hotel is also positioned above a pub. parking is good at this hotel.

i enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. the restaurant caters for vegans. there is a good menu and probably the biggest oysters i've ever had in my life. the high quality coffee impressed me.

the staff were helpful and friendly. they explained the essentials about the room and hotel. the staff assisted me in carrying my luggage to my room. overall it was a lovely hotel and i was made very welcome.

The staff provided friendly service .
Upon arrival, the coffee machine in the room was not easy to use. The noise from a pump or compressor above the room ran all night. I did not sleep well because of this incessant noise.

The coffee machine in the room proved difficult to operate. I also found the lighting to be insufficient (particularly near the desk). I was hoping for brighter illumination. I noticed some dust accumulation in the corners of the bathroom. This suggests a need for more thorough cleaning in those areas.
