the hot tub needed a good scrub. there was this gross grey scum all over the walls. also, i dont get why they charge guests for parking overnight. its like, im already paying to stay here, so why the extra fee?

rude desk clerkhot tub scum
The desk clerk on the 24th was rude and robotic. That was a sour note. The hot tub needed a good scrub. There was some grey scum clinging to the walls, GROSS! charging guests for parking feels a bit petty. I get charging outside guests, but for those of us staying there, it just feels like nickel and diming. It was definitely an IRRITATING experience.

i found the room quite clean. the bed was comfy. parking was easy and free, a great perk when exploring the area.
the breakfast was basic and nothing special, it just offered standard options.

the pool area looked well kept with ample seating, including about twenty loungers and a shaded area. there was also a fitness center with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. guests appear to enjoy the amenities.

the hotel restaurant is temporarily being revamped, so dining is unavailable on site. however, many restaurants are nearby, easily accessible downtown. this change may impact convenience, especially for those preferring on-site options.

disappointing fireplace and noise issues
faulty fireplacenoisy group
it took multiple calls to staff. i had to fix it myself on the last day by taking apart the fireplace and starting the solenoid. also, there was a large group of noisy medical students. they chatted loudly in the hallways late at night and security did not stop them.

queen bedsmountain view
The room had two queen size beds and a small table with chairs. I had a partial mountain VIEW thru the trees , WHICH was nice. The beds were comfortable.
I found the PARKING fees a bit unexpected , even though it was cheaper than parking elsewhere.
