the complimentary toiletries were a Nice touch I LOVED the lobby area especially the fireplace it added to the atmosphere. the restaurant had friendly staff and delicious food i found it easy to relax there. the room was a good size.

the cancellation policy seemed inflexible due to unavoidable issues arising from plane cancellations i felt it was rigid.

the room had unique design the hotel interior reflected that too it felt modern. the room was neat with clean surfaces i noticed it instantly.

there was enough green space around the hotel i could walk my dog easily. there was lots of parking so i didn't struggle to find a place.

The hotel provided a very comfortable experience. i appreciated the self check-in and check-out process. I arrived late after a long drive and went straight to my room using the key code they texted to me. the bed in my king suite was comfortable.. the best i've ever slept in.

A minor inconvenience was the limited breakfast options. It was only a grab and go option. i would have preferred a more extensive breakfast selection to start my day.

The restaurant features locally sourced food. The hotel offers a happy hour in the restaurant from 4-6pm. the food in the restaurant is of good quality and provides a convenient option for dining. it uses locally sourced ingredients.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel provides a texting service with your room number and key code. self check-in and check-out made everything easier. the professionalism of the staff was noticeable .

The hotel decor was nice and it was clean. The bathrooms seemed spacious and modern. Parking was convenient right outside the building.

There was a large air gap around the door so I heard every sound in the hallway. It was noisy! It woke us up. The floor of our room was shaking.
