musty smellnoisy air conditioner
The room smelled a bit musty. Not exactly the fresh mountain air i was hoping for! the portable air conditioner was more like a noisy distraction than a cooling system. it rattled and hummed all night. it was hard to sleep. also the front desk was sometimes understaffed. I waited a while just to ask a simple question.

the room size was really good it was a one bedroom suite. the kitchen was fully stocked this was amazing. staff gave us prosecco it was our anniversary.
the bed was uncomfortable. i tossed and turned all night and woke with sore back. my spouse and i woke with sore hips from mattress

Emma was helpful when I checked in. The lobby is cute. The two bedroom suite is spacious. The patio has chairs and a table.
The room showers did not work. The fireplace was noisy. The steam room was dirty.
