river view coffee maker prime location
I secured a queen room river view, and the view was very nice!!! the room included a coffee maker, and that's a game changer. the location is amazing. I walked to restaurants in minutes!!!

amazing river view and convenient location!
convenient location relaxing view free parking
i really enjoyed my stay. the location is unbeatable, just a short walk to everything i wanted to see. i had a room with a river view which was relaxing. the free parking was also great as i pleased.
The trains passed by early and late. I wish i'd known about that beforehand (earplugs helped though!).

the hotel is a very short walk to banff avenue, a major plus. the bow river is right there too. it's a great spot for exploring (i loved the riverside walks).

underground parking is available, that's important for keeping your car safe. i saw they have a swimming pool. there is also a steam bath and a jacuzzi available .

My room had a balcony facing the river. I spent a lot of time out there. the bed was quite comfortable (i slept really well). the room has river view.

friendly staff convenient location dirty carpets stale smell
the staff are nice and friendly. the location was convenient, with easy access to downtown.
the room felt old and tired. i found the carpets were visibly dirty and had a stale smell and also the price did not reflect the room condition.
