broken machines poor food
The fitness center disappointed me. many machines were out of order. opening hours were also limited. the food quality needs improvement. It is unlikely i will return.

friendly staff great view walking area
I found the staff helpful and friendly. The beachfront villa was excellent, it provided great views from the balcony. All restaurants offered great service. The entire resort had nice walking areas and swimming pools.
The fitness center was a bit disappointing. There were a few machines out of order and the opening hours were limited.

The resort offers both local and international cuisines. I have lactose intolerance, and they offered almond and soy milk for my coffee. Tell them about your food allergies when ordering. The food was AMAZING!!!

Our suite was spacious and beautifully designed. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. It blended natural materials, elegant finishes, and serene island style. This. It was a room you genuinely look forward to returning to.

The resort has multiple swimming pools, a spa, massage services, a yoga center, and a game hall. Guests can enjoy exclusive access to the marine sanctuary for snorkeling. It features clownfishes, corals, lion fish, and giant clams. The beachfront is gorgeous!!!

old furniture stained carpet
the staff were mostly friendly. they were helpful when you could find them.
the room was supposedly a 'suite pool view'. the furniture was clearly old, and there were stains on the carpet. it looked nothing like the photos online.

charmed by the little details!
friendly staff fast service clean beach
The staff was friendly and helpful. From the ferry pick-up to the welcome drink, i felt very cared for! service at all restaurants was fast, and the staff always smiled, i found it great. the hotel has everything needed, so dreamy! they even clean the beach daily! hammocks and places to sit at the beach make it even better, the sunset is very beautiful there.
I found the fitness center disappointing! many machines were out of order, and the opening hours were limited! the food quality was also poor. I was not expecting this!

counter staff greeted guests warmly, the hotel staff showed constant kindness, and everyone offered continuous joyful conversation! the team seems to genuinely enjoy making guests feel welcome.

The room was not very clean. the bathroom was especially disappointing. I noticed grime in the shower. the furniture felt quite worn and old too. I think some updates are needed.
