Fantastic All-Inclusive Experience!
friendly staff amazing massage
I found the staff friendly! They made sure my anniversary was special. The restaurants served very good food, especially Silk. Massages were also amazing. The best I have experienced! Jamal's rum presentation was fun, and Marz was a personable bartender. Shakera at the front desk was very professional.
The amazing pictures of the beach and resort influenced our decision. the sargassum seaweed negatively impacted the experience. The beach and sand had a lot of seaweed. The water was brown. The beach smelled like low tide.

The resort has multiple dining options. Silk was our favorite due to its excellent service. The Jerk Tree offers lunch with flavorful jerk chicken, and the buffet provides fresh food with tasty appearance, surpassing food options at home. I liked the variety of options.

The staff were warm and helpful! Two ladies in reception found me a quiet place for a work call. Staff members like Jamal and Marz were really great. The employees were warm and friendly.

Decent Stay. Room Design Flaws
closet location privacy issue
The staff members were very friendly and sweet.
I had to do a work call and the closet was behind the bathroom door. I don't want my clothes around that. The room's design lacked privacy, and this disturbed me.
