excellent stay with amazing staff

i just returned from a wonderful stay. the staff was very attentive and made sure all my needs were met. the multiple dining options on the resort offered good variety and exceeded my expectations. the villa was very nice, clean, and also beyond my expectations.
the resort is on a hill. getting around can be challenging without the shuttles.

the resort provides a convenient shuttle service for navigating the hilly terrain. multiple pools are available. a sandy beach offers safe access to the water.

the ocean view two bedroom includes a mini kitchen with a fridge. the size was excellent with plenty of cupboards. the room was cleaned daily.

Staff members are always smiling and willing to assist. breakfast offers plenty of variety each morning. i arranged the afternoon piton sunset cruise directly from the resort. It included drinks and food.

The beach had plenty of chairs available at any time of day. The water was nice and calm.
I must mention the app needs an overhaul. It was pretty much useless . I also found I needed to be persistent to resolve many issues with pricing and housekeeping.

I enjoyed the multiple dining choices available. the resort had five restaurants. This provided good variety. the location was amazing and my villa was spacious. it offered my family a good mix of privacy and togetherness.
my villa felt a bit dated and in need of updates. some fixtures was worn. i also noticed the resort lacked readily available snacks. quick bites required sit-down meals, inconvenient.

The resort had nice rooms with comfy beds. Shuttles came quickly to drive people around the resort.
The food prices seemed extortionate if you were not on the all-inclusive plan. I thought the quality of the food was poor. The service was often slow at Jammers.

The shuttle service was efficient. It provided transportation to the Villa.
On arrival, I found the hills problematic. I have difficulty walking, and the steepness of the terrain was challenging. The beach bar was closed every day and night.
