speedy communication very clean room excellent breakfast
communication before arrival was speedy and i went straight to my rooms. the room was so very clean and the bed was comfortable. breakfast was excellent with good choices. i got lovely cleaned towels and a topped up refreshment tray.

the staff was cute and helpful. the location was ideal near my workplace which was only four minutes away. off-road parking was plentiful. the room was spacious with a comfortable bed and an en-suite bathroom all kept very clean i noticed.

i found good communication from the hosts and parking was easy. an excellent breakfast was included, prepared nicely. the room was clean and tidy (i didn't expect that for the price).

small bathroom trickle shower
the location was acceptable the room included biscuits teas and coffee
the bathroom was too small i am not a large person but i could barely move the sink was very small so water went everywhere when i washed my hands the shower only provided a trickle of water it took a long time to get warm too

The room was clean. The bed felt comfortable. The staff were very nice at breakfast. I enjoyed it.
The shower took five minutes to warm up. The water pressure was also a trickle. The en suite was tiny. It was difficult to dry off inside.
