the breakfast offered many choices. it was well prepared, of great quality, and tasted amazing. the staff member serving breakfast was helpful. overall, this unexpected stay was a lovely break, one i would repeat.

I encountered a few issues . The room service app was not very intuitive , and I missed the food ordering window because of it. the bedroom heating did not function correctly. The bathroom was cold .

the staff were friendly and helpfull . the room was beautiful, it featured a large window giving it an elegant feel. i especially enjoyed the thermos for fresh milk, what an idea.
i found the breakfast choices were limited, and i think it could have had more variety.
