some issues
small bathroom chaotic breakfast
the breakfast area was quite chaotic. there was a shortage of items , specifically yogurts , white bread , and coffee. i also found the bathroom to be very small and cramped. it was difficult to adjust the room temperature , resulting in an uncomfortably warm stay.

broken thermostat night noise
the room WAS cool.
the thermostat DIDN'T work. i had to open the window, but the hotel IS near the airport, so it was noisy ALL night long.

fantastic hotel near nec
attentive staff great breakfast convenient drop-off
everything suited my needs well for attending events at the nec. the staff members were attentive, addressing any concerns i had. breakfast had a great selection. i have already booked my next stay. the hotel car park has a drop-off point, a welcome convenience after my drive.
a minor issue was the distance to the parking area. it required a bit of a walk.

the service was prompt. staff members assisted with directions. requests for extra towels were fulfilled quickly. i am grateful for the assistance provided when i needed information about local transportation.

the hotel has a modern gym with treadmills. a business center provides computers. there is meeting space available. i found the lobby area inviting and well-kept. the lift worked efficiently.

limited menu dried vegetables
The dinner menu felt quite limited. I would have liked MORE options. I also found that some of the vegetables were a little dried out (which was disappointing).

great variety breakfast buffet great location compact rooms hotel rooms distant parking
the location was great for accessing the nec. the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options (i especially enjoyed the pastries).
the parking lot was quite a distance from the hotel itself. the rooms were also rather compact, a surprise at the price point.
