fantastic rooftop experience
lovely pool area spacious room convenient location prompt call
i found the rooftop pool and bar area to be really lovely. the room was spacious enough, a good size for my needs. the hotel's location was convenient for sightseeing and shopping. reception gave me a personal phone call as soon as my room was ready.
the hvac was a wall mounted unit, and i found it a little loud.

i grabbed a drink and really enjoyed the vibes at the on-site restaurant. lucie restaurant is inside the hotel and it has great food. the service was amazing!!! there is a lobby cafe where i grabbed drinks and snacks.

the shower offered great water pressure, and the refrigerator in the room was convenient. the lighting was good, and i found i had plenty of space. the bed felt comfortable.

great location american breakfast thoughtful gesture
The hotel sits across from the Prudential Center! This location made getting around very easy. The Lucie Restaurant provided a full American breakfast. The scrambled eggs were a treat. Norman at the front gate offered me a tissue for my glasses during a rain shower. It was a kind gesture.
The air conditioning fans seemed a bit noisy to me.

comfortable bed helpful staff convenient location
i found the beds quite comfortable. the staff were very accommodating when my flight was delayed and i needed a later check-in. the location worked well for seeing a concert, and it's close to the t (green-e) line.

intense pressure slow elevator
The room was clean though i noted the shower pressure was far too intense. It felt almost painful. the elevator service was also quite slow and unreliable, leading to unnecessary waits especially during peak hours. i found myself frequently opting for the stairs to avoid the delays, though this was not always convenient with luggage. these issues slightly detracted from an otherwise acceptable stay, which i expect to be addressed quickly.

complimentary snack fresh fruit bottled water new shampoo
i was grateful for the complimentary snack. the fruit selection was fresh and tasty. i also liked the bottled water provided, it helped stay hydrated. new shampoo was provided, it made showering easy.
the rooftop pool was closed , i find this unfortunate.
