The hotel sits across from the Prudential Center! This location made getting around very easy. The Lucie Restaurant provided a full American breakfast. The scrambled eggs were a treat. Norman at the front gate offered me a tissue for my glasses during a rain shower. It was a kind gesture.
The air conditioning fans seemed a bit noisy to me.

i found the beds quite comfortable. the staff were very accommodating when my flight was delayed and i needed a later check-in. the location worked well for seeing a concert, and it's close to the t (green-e) line.

intense pressure
The room was clean though i noted the shower pressure was far too intense. It felt almost painful. i found myself frequently opting for the stairs to avoid the delays, though this was not always convenient with luggage. these issues slightly detracted from an otherwise acceptable stay, which i expect to be addressed quickly.

i was grateful for the complimentary snack. the fruit selection was fresh and tasty. i also liked the bottled water provided, it helped stay hydrated. new shampoo was provided, it made showering easy.
the rooftop pool was closed , i find this unfortunate.
