pretty grounds great history rude staff dinner mistake
The grounds were really pretty. There was great history present ALL around. The rooms have everything a person could want. The receptionist was very cute and gracious TO all.
Some staff seemed rude SOMETIMES. The lady at dinner didn't apologize for any mistake. Plates were taken from the table too quickly. The same glass was used for both coffee and beer, wrong!

Historic charm with spacious comfort
ample space classy decor relaxing bar beautiful grounds
I found the building to be quite fantastic, especially the signature suite. It provided ample space with a classy decor. The bar offered a relaxing environment for the end of my days. The grounds were beautiful. I enjoyed the walking trails near the hotel. Breakfast and dinner provided satisfying meals, especially the soup, sandwiches, and scones.
The room lacked conditioner among the toiletries offered, there were only shower gels and shampoo.

The suite had tons of space and was clean. There was a comfortable bed that aided restful sleep. I found the bathroom spacious as it contained both a shower and a bath

The hotel is set in lovely grounds near the race course. Parking is ample and free. The site is secluded and marvelous. I appreciated its location close to walking trails.

The breakfast area was lovely. Dinner offered good quality food, presented well. The restaurant staff were attentive. I savoured my tasty soup with sandwiches.

I experienced a friendly welcome and great service. The staff were helpful, assisting with various requests. I felt immediately welcome on arrival. The kind lady in the bar ensured i had food and drink

large bath pleasant staff tranquil setting
the room i stayed in had a great large bath it was very relaxing. i found the staff pleasant and helpful . the hotel is set in a country park offering a tranquil setting near the racecourse it was very peaceful.
the room did not have air conditioning i had to leave the window open which i did not prefer.

The room was quite large with a great bath. the building holds historical interest. the decor in the room was excellent. I adored it!!!
