manish and jodie, the hotel operations manager and reservations manager, greeted me warmly. they helped me settle in quickly after my long drive. the service was really good with smiles, which i appreciated greatly. i looked forward to my nights stay.
The parking was a bit inconvenient. It was a short walk to the shopping mall. the hotel subsidizes the parking at the shopping mall.

i enjoyed the cleanliness of my room and the hotel's public spaces. the food in the restaurant tasted great and breakfast was excellent (especially the sausages). all staff were great.
