Central Location with Great Service
central location good selection helpful team
The hotel is centrally located, a really great advantage. The breakfast offered a good selection (especially the hot buffet!). The reception team was helpful. I will return soon.

room cleanliness musty smell
The room was not as clean as i EXPECTED. there was a musty smell. I moved to a second room. that second one was better and more modern, but it was still a hassle. the reception staff were helpful. THOUGH.

the location was convenient and i loved that the hotel was in town. the free parking was really appreciated. my room had good lighting and it was very spacious.
The breakfast service could have been better. I kept having to ask for things that had run out. the music on saturday evening was so loud. I wasn't warned about it when i booked. the bathroom door looked a bit tatty.

The hotel provided complimentary on-site parking. I found the location very convenient to the shopping area. The breakfast offered good choices. I interacted with friendly staff .
Accessibility could pose a challenge with mobility issues because there is no lift to rooms above the ground floor.

My Classic Double Room was warm and clean. The bed was quite comfortable. The room provided adequate space for a short stay and included necessary amenities.

The hotel features a lovely restaurant and a beautiful courtyard for sitting in good weather. I noticed the breakfast menu had limited choices but the food was fresh. The coaching inn is kept well inside and out.

central location friendly staff lovely breakfast room bad odour disappointing food uncleaned table
the location was central. i found the breakfast room lovely with a nice selection of items available. the staff was friendly, especially jean at reception who was always ready to help.
my room had a terrible odour, possibly from bad drains. the food was disappointing, especially the salads. tables were often left uncleaned which was not very appealing.

Lovely stay with EXCELLENT staff!

This location is great with free parking. The room was lovely and the food was excellent. The portions were generous and the food was presented beautifully. Every single staff member went out of their way to. They ARE all great!

Free parking is available , a significant convenience. The hotel includes a restaurant, however it is only accessible via a flight of stairs. LIFT access is not available for those unable to use stairs.

The staff members were very helpful and accommodating! They did their best to ensure I had a great experience. staffing levels looked reduced, resulting in longer wait times for service particularly at breakfast.

The room was lovely and well kept. The ground-floor location was convenient, although those with mobility issues may want to inquire about walk-in showers. Breakfast portions were generous, and the food presentation was excellent.
