Acceptable stay. Room issues.
cold roomstale breakfast
The room was far too cold upon arrival. I had to request a portable heater from reception. This delay created considerable discomfort. The single keycard controlled all electricity. Heating was impossible while I was out of the room. Breakfast items also was as if they had sat out for a long time.

convenient and clean stay near kista galleria
huge varietyfriendly staffshort walk
I found the breakfast to be amazing with a huge variety of options (especially the fresh fruit selection). the staff was always friendly and ready to help with anything i needed. the hotel's proximity to the kista galleria mall made it easy to grab dinner or do some shopping. It was only a short walk away.

fantastic stay, great value!
tea bagslate bardull decor
The breakfast was amazing!!! there was such a variety of options to choose from, and everything tasted so fresh. i especially appreciated that hot water and english breakfast tea bags were always available. This. the bar stayed open late, this allowed us to relax with a glass of wine after exploring the city.
The room decor felt a bit dull with the colors not creating a very pleasant atmosphere for me. This made the room seem less inviting.
