the location was GREAT. everything I needed was within walking distance.
my room felt cramped and was not super clean. the bathroom was small, and the reception staff didn't seem very friendly or helpful. also, the lock on the door was tricky, and the staff gave ME wrong information about how it worked.

great variety easy system constant coffee
I found the breakfast to be a high point. It presented a great variety and tasted fresh. ordering a taxi was simple through the reception system. coffee and water were constantly accessible in the reception area , which i found useful.

the hotel's location is convenient, as it provides easy access to everything one needs for a trip. the airport is just a 10-minute ride away. i found the egon restaurant across the street worthy of a visit.

small room unfriendly staff
The breakfast had a varied selection and the hotel is in the city center so everything was accessible by walking.
My room was quite small and lacked cleanliness. The reception staff was not friendly and didn't seem helpful. The safe malfunctioned and the staff took a long time to fix it. It kept alarming until reset.
