cold showerrude man
The shower wasn't hot during the time the weather was in the negative degrees. I didn't tell the staff about this as I needed to leave to get to where I needed to be in an hour, but the shower was cold. One of the ladies was super sweet and nice, but the man wasn't nice or friendly at all. He seemed rude and is one of the reasons I won't be staying here again. There were no smiles and no customer service, at least not directed toward me.

Fantastic Apartment Experience

The rooms were very clean. facilities were good. The location provided easy access to Aldgate East and Whitechapel stations. I also walked to Tower Bridge, Tower of London, and Whitechapel Gallery. Gym and laundry, I used they both. The nice, big, clean bathroom also was amazing.
I think the room lack a little storage for clothes and suitcases.

The surrounding area does have limited restaurant options, but there are convenient supermarkets close. Several restaurants are on site and they do not dissapoint. The offer is quite interesting and high quality.

The hotel location is very close to underground and buses. The hotel provides easy access to transportation options and , made it very easy to go to the different attractions, a great advantage. A bus stop is directly outside the hotel.
