lovely stay!
amazing pool superb cleanliness cooperative staff
The staff were unbelievably cooperative, i mean, just wow! the pool was amazing. I spent so much time there. plus, the cleanliness was superb! i really felt pampered throughout my stay! the hotel is so close to the beach too, what else could you ask?!
i wish there were more options for breakfast. i felt limited in choice compared to other places i've stayed, and that was the only real downside.

I enjoyed a suite pool view. It featured very stylish decor. the space included a large bathroom with two separate sinks! there was also a rainfall shower. It was amazing! i had a great view from the balcony too.

The breakfast had fresh options available to order directly from the menu! this included tasty local dishes. the staff was accommodating. They remembered my coffee order after the first day! i appreciated this attention to detail.

the hotel provides a free shuttle to the beach! this is very convenient if you do not want to walk. the pool area had ample loungers, so it was easy to find a spot. the entire area was clean!

mixed feelings about the stay
The staff provided water in the room daily. A simple, good gesture.
The hill was VERY steep. Basically, you need a taxi to get to anything. This made getting to nearby shops difficult. It is not near any shops or bars.

an okay stay.
clean rooms nespresso machine illy coffee rude staff thai mumbling laundry bag
I enjoyed the clean public areas. the rooms also seemed well maintained. i really appreciated the nespresso machine. The illy coffee pods tasted amazing.
the staff didn't seem the nicest. i think they mumbled in thai when i said something they didn't like. i also didn't think that was the best hospitality. they charged me 100 baht for a laundry bag!

mixed feelings about the stay
steep hill inconsistent food
The location was definitely a drawback. It sits atop a very steep hill making walks to the main road difficult. transport became a constant expense. Needing taxis to reach popular spots. the surrounding area lacked amenities adding to the inconvenience and i found the cost of basic items like ice to be surprisingly high. the food quality was inconsistent and often just average.
