Decent Stay with Some Issues
dated decortoilet issue
The room's decor reminded me of a time capsule from a bygone era. the en suite was so small I nearly knocked myself out trying to turn around. The toilet also had a persistent flushing issue. It just wouldn't stop.

the breakfast was excellent. i enjoyed the fresh cooking and the amount of choice available. the rooms felt quite cosy, and i appreciated the overall location. a parking permit was supplied, i found that quite useful.
the bed wasn't that comfortable, to be honest. the toilet didn't flush properly, it was a little frustrating. i also found it very noisy at the front. there was a lot of activity.

The location is central and close to amenities. The owners were very friendly. (They did everything to.) Breakfast was really good. It was also plentiful.
My room was dated. My ensuite was tiny. I found these aspects less than ideal. ( the rest of the hotel was quite nice.)
