A Balanced Experience

helpful staff comfortable bed dirty floor rushed waiter

Check-in was simple. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was well decorated and comfortable with good amenities. The bed was comfortable and a good size.

I noticed chips and other food on the floor around our table. The waiter seemed like he was in a rush as he asked what we wanted to eat multiple times before we made our choices.

the location was good, meeting my basic expectations.

The dinner quality fell short. The food was overcooked. also, i found that parking required an additional fee and it was a short walk away. this arrangement was not satisfactory.

the waitress was friendly and helpful in the restaurant

i found the standards were not as good as the previous visit i thought the chips were inedible they were tasteless and soft they looked to have been warmed up in the microwave
