The breakfast service was quick. The breakfast itself tasted lovely. The room had a comfortable bed. It was quiet, so I slept very well.
The air vents had mould. The bath was scummy. I found some hair on the sink. Dust had accumulated, it seemed.

The breakfast included tasty dishes and was made to order, so it was always hot. The lake view from the garden was especially lovely and added to the tranquil feel. The room was clean and very comfy. The staff was attentive. They provided excellent service throughout my stay.
The hotel felt somewhat dated, though the location compensated for this small issue.

The hotel has a magical setting and gardens allowed me access to a lakeside walk. Breakfast was very hot (especially the coffee!). The staff members I encountered, Philip, Dale and John, were helpful.
The WiFi connection in my room was unreliable at times.

the hotel had a wonderful view of the lake from my room it was very peaceful and quiet. breakfast was cooked fresh when i ordered it. the staff were friendly and helpful making my stay enjoyable. the hotel is a short drive from the village with restaurants and shops.
the wifi signal was a bit weak in my room and intermittent at times though i wasn't there for the internet.
