I appreciated the helpful staff, especially Ira, Jouise, and Sulochana. They made check-in and check-out easy. The room was clean and well-kept. The breakfast selection offered many options. The gym had ample equipment, promoting good health.
I noticed the absence of specific international tea blends .

the staff were communicative. iqbal and jouise were the best (i thought). they treated us very well. the rooms are very clean and the value for money is good. amenities and facilities are amazing.
the room was very dark and gloomy, very depressing. my wife and i requested a late check in because our flight landed late. we arrived at the hotel at 12.30am and the room was not properly prepared. the room had only one set of towels, and did not have toilet paper.
