The front office staff was so friendly. John and his team were awesome. The housekeeping also offered great service.
The hotel is aging, and wear is visible, particularly on bathroom tiles.

the breakfast buffet had a lot of variety it also included buffet lunch and dinner
the overall atmosphere felt quite dim and gloomy my first room had a very poor view just a dark wall of another building it felt depressing even in the upgraded room the space was small and not what i expected the bed was uncomfortable i could not sleep well
