the location is GREAT. It sits so close to the train station. Even the taxi driver suggested i walk. The staff were friendly and called a taxi when needed.
during my first night, i was locked out of my room. a reception guy tried to help me, but to no avail. she was neither sympathetic nor apologetic. apparently, the records are on PAPER.

i appreciated the helpful reception staff. our family room included two interconnecting bedrooms, each had a double bed and a bathroom. the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. breakfast was very good, the dining room was light and cute.
the shower and the toilet were separate. there was a transparent glass wall between the bedroom and shower, it was a bit weird. there is no option to cover the glass.

Location near the train station were convenient. The walk to the lake area did not take too long. The variety in the breakfast selection made me grateful. Underground parking existed. This helped with the car.
I found no hand soap provided in the bathroom.

Breakfast had a large selection of foods, this made it easy to find something good. They provided options to order cappuccino and espresso. I was very thankful for this. The breakfast staff were very friendly.

The room provided effective air conditioning and a balcony, this made the room comfortable. A mini-bar provided complimentary sparkling and still water daily. I found this beneficial. A safe existed for personal items.
