missing hand soap dusty floor
The location was near the train station and ferry port so it was convenient. Breakfast offered friendly staff.
The room lacked hand soap. I found that one teabag was not replaced . The floor also had dust.

A wonderful stay!
clean room nice painting
I appreciated the very clean room. I enjoyed the nice breakfast each morning. The breakfast staff were EXTREMELY nice and helpful. I liked the interior decoration. The painting of the hotel feels cosy.

convenient location efficient service local suggestion breakfast variety
the location proved convenient for exploring the area.. train station and lakeshore were both easily accessible. the staff offered warm welcomes and efficient service. i particularly appreciated their helpful suggestions for local attractions. the breakfast service was efficient with a good variety of options.
the room lacked tea and coffee making facilities, which would have been a welcome addition.

great location taxi service paper records fault accusation
the location is GREAT. It sits so close to the train station. Even the taxi driver suggested i walk. The staff were friendly and called a taxi when needed.
during my first night, i was locked out of my room. a reception guy tried to help me, but to no avail. she was neither sympathetic nor apologetic. apparently, the records are on PAPER.

helpful staff comfortable beds
i appreciated the helpful reception staff. our family room included two interconnecting bedrooms, each had a double bed and a bathroom. the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. breakfast was very good, the dining room was light and cute.
the shower and the toilet were separate. there was a transparent glass wall between the bedroom and shower, it was a bit weird. there is no option to cover the glass.

Location near the train station were convenient. The walk to the lake area did not take too long. The variety in the breakfast selection made me grateful. Underground parking existed. This helped with the car.
I found no hand soap provided in the bathroom.
