historic charm and great service!
large room amazing bed fresh fruit
I loved the hotel grounds and historical feel. the room was large. The bed and bathroom were amazing! the breakfast buffet was huge and delicious. i especially loved the fresh fruit. It was top notch!
The gym was clean. Still, a couple of the machines were out of order. it's a small detail but worth noting.

The staff was excellent! one person was particularly kind and helpful. they offered great recommendations and assistance. the restaurant staff were helpful. They were also kind and friendly.

The location is fine! i loved the convent. It has so much history. key elements were retained. The stay was still luxurious. the hotel is in an idyllic setting. It is also peaceful.

A stay with some inconveniences
beautiful grounds fantastic selection walking trails corporate energy cold sauna lukewarm jacuzzi
The hotel has beautiful grounds. It features courtyards and walking trails. Breakfast offered a fantastic selection (i ESPECIALLY liked the pastries). The location is just a couple miles outside town.
The service felt quite corporate. I didn't feel particularly valued. The barman refused to make a small modification to a drink (a simple cappuccino). The sauna wasn't warm enough. It was only about 70 degrees. The jacuzzi had a similar issue.

historic charm and modern comfort combined
beautiful grounds generous breakfast easy drive
the hotel grounds were extensive and beautifully maintained. i enjoyed the generous and tasty breakfast buffet each morning. the pool area was amazing with comfortable loungers available, though i noticed some minor wear on a few cushions. it was easy to drive to the town from the hotel.
the jacuzzi wasn't as warm as i hoped, it could have been a bit hotter.

the hotel is located a short drive from the town. this provides a peaceful setting away from the hustle, yet close enough for convenient access to historical sites and restaurants. the gardens surrounding the hotel offer a tranquil escape.

the breakfast buffet includes a wide selection of cheeses, fresh fruit, breads, and pastries, i found it quite comprehensive. i also tried the italian bistro, it offers fine meals with friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere. the bar offers a great selection of drinks!

My beautiful double room convento was spacious and comfortable with modern amenities. the bathroom featured both a stand up shower and a tub, i found this very convenient. a balcony provided a great view of the gardens. I spent a lot of time out there.
