The staff provided complimentary coffees and waters. The staff was very cute and helpful in this clean and well-equipped hotel. I found this quite excellent. The location had great access to local transport and shops.
The neighborhood seemed a bit unsafe to me. The rooms are tiny! I think the hotel could improve on that, perhaps by reconfiguring some spaces. There was also a 100 euro deposit required, which I found unnecessary.

the staff were friendly and gave me free water, coffee, and tea before check-in. the room was well-designed.
the first room smelled awful and was filled with humidity. i complained but could not change rooms that night. the next day, the room was small, the ac did not work, the towels were old with stains, and the bed sheets smelled bad.

My visit was wonderful! The staff were very helpful. They provided complimentary water, coffee, and tea upon my arrival. The room featured a thoughtful design. Breakfast offered a tasty start to the day. I also found the location very convenient, situated close to the train station.
I noticed the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. It's a very slight issue overall.

I enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea available around the clock. It was such a treat. the staff was so friendly and were really nice too ensure i had a superb experience. I particularly appreciated their local recommendations. the location was very convenient. It was easy to get around and explore, and i really appreciated the short walk to the train station.
The deposit requirement felt a little inconvenient. It added an unexpected step during check-in.
