limited choicesno assistance
I must say, the breakfast was quite the minimalist experience. A few more options would not go amiss. lugging my suitcase up to the second floor was not my idea of fun. An elevator or some assistance would have been welcome. I was told that there was no one available to assist me with my luggage upon arrival. Seriously

The location was historic and in a lovely building. Staff were good and friendly. I really liked that the staff kindly made us burger and chips after a long morning travelling. The welcome drink was also appreciated.
The hotel was a little more basic than I had expected. Prices were high and I didn't get the room I thought I had booked. There was some confusion over what type of breakfast was included. The restaurant seemed lacking.
