mixed experience near the beach
excessive depositspoor quality
the reception staff did not seem cute at all. they acted like everything was a chore and also the rules about payment became tiresome. excessive deposits were required for beach towels, particularly given their poor quality. i expect better service for the price paid.

The worst part was the towel situation. A twenty dollar deposit for each towel seemed a bit much. half the time they didn't even have clean ones available. the furniture looked pretty tired. a few things didn't work, like the stove and a light.

i found the staff friendly. oscar always greeted me with a warm smile, and leonard made sure i had everything i needed. brenda helped me book a boat tour.
i noticed some very slight wear and tear on the balcony furniture.

i appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, it had everything i needed for preparing meals. the private beach access was also a plus, it made getting to the ocean easy.
the reception staff seemed a bit unapproachable at times.
