The restaurant had good food with variety. The staff was attentive and pleasant. I appreciate the efforts of Huzaifa and Sandar at the restaurant.
The bed was too firm. It made the night UNCOMFORTABLE. The carpet was unclean. The room was dark and dreary.

The front desk staff was helpful. The hotel offers convenient access to nearby supermarkets and pharmacies. A cinema is also nearby. It proved quite useful.
Housekeeping sometimes missed providing enough towels for all guests. I had to request extra towels and wait for them to arrive. The in-room kettle did not automatically switch off. This caused concern.
