Great Stay, Wonderful Amenities

friendly staff luxurious apartment infinity pool

The staff was friendly, especially the pool lifeguard. Our apartment was big and felt luxurious, best of the best. From the third floor, the view included both the street and the sea. The two pools are very nice. The infinity pool is special. The sunset viewed there was unique with lights and waves.

outdated room poor condition

the location overlooking the sea was acceptable.

my room felt quite outdated and poorly maintained. the furniture made a lot of noise, and the kitchen was not in good condition. i didn't think it was worth the price.

the staff was friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to use the facilities after we checked out (our flight was very late).

the room felt very outdated and simple, it did not feel modern at all. the tv offered minimal choices, i wished there were more options. also, the bathroom was quite small and not very functional.

great beach friendly staff perfect layout

The hotel provided great beach access near sunloungers. The staff was friendly, organizing tours and taxis efficiently. The restaurant has a perfect layout close to two swimming pools. The bay features many different fish and calm waters.

The television choice was minimal and could be improved.

spacious apartment fabulous balcony efficient staff

I found the apartment spacious and it featured a fabulous balcony with a table for four. breakfast was a poolside buffet. I found it reasonably priced. the staff handled check-in and check-out efficiently. i enjoyed taking day trips in western crete and returning to the beautiful seaside pool each evening.

the tv choice felt minimal to me.
