The Grand Beautiful room included a dyson hairdresser and a nespresso coffee machine. Quality towels and bed linen were provided in the room.
The spa is leased to a third party. I could not get a treatment because it was fully booked.

a charmed experience

the hotel has a great atmosphere. my room, a beautiful room, was perfect, quite large, and included a lovely balcony. breakfast included many options laid out and to order, all delicious. the table staff was attentive and professional.
the air conditioning in the indoor restaurant had problems, uncomfortably warm. when asked about it, the manager acknowledged the issue and hoped it would be fixed soon, a disappointing situation in a 5-star hotel.

The breakfast offered many selections, both buffet-style and made-to-order items, to satisfy all tastes. Plus, the staff was always on hand to assist with anything needed. the poolside restaurant provided a casual and convenient option for lunch. the italian restaurant was really good (i think, the best food i ate in a long time).

the spa included a very relaxing indoor pool (i loved this pool!) offering various treatments. the hotel features well kept gardens and a tennis court for recreational activities. the outdoor pool area was lovely and seemed to offer an enjoyable experience for all guests.

the hotel is near beautiful public gardens (perfect for a quiet stroll). bus stops are conveniently located right outside the hotel, providing easy access to nearby areas. the hotel also has good access to transportation like taxis to the major sites.

The breakfast location was superb in the original villa. the house staff are excellent and attention to detail was very good. the gym is well equipped and staff will help if you have queries. the rooms are clean and spacious. Housekeeping are always cleaning and ensuring we had enough towels.
the indoor pool had cold water. it would be nice if it was heated.
